“Where do I send my machine?”

“When will I get my machine back?”

The current turnaround time is 2 to 3 weeks for repair under warranty and the same plus processing/payment time for repair out of warranty. Keep an eye on your email for our communications as missing this may cause further delays.

“How do I pay for my repair after I’ve heard back?”

Don’t pay until you hear from us! We’ll let you know the total payment and how to send it.

“Does PRIME cover shipping?”

We split the difference. You cover shipping to us (Please use tracked shipping service) and we cover shipping on the way back.
