Warranty

Machines

PRIME tattoo machines are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for 1 year from the original date of purchase, valid only for the original owner.

If a defect is identified within the warranty period, we will repair the machine or replace it if repair is not possible. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Batteries

PRIME batteries are warranted for 1 year from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.

If a defect is found within the warranty period, the battery will be repaired or replaced at PRIME’s discretion. Proof of purchase is required.

Warranty Conditions

  • Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser

  • Product must be purchased through an authorized PRIME sales channel (Tatsoul, Kingpin, Eternal, Barber UK)

  • Unauthorized resellers (including third-party marketplaces) are not covered

  • Any replacement provided under warranty does not extend or restart the original warranty period

Exclusions

This warranty covers manufacturer defects under normal, recommended use only.

The warranty does not cover:

  • Damage caused by misuse, abuse, or neglect

  • Improper setup or operation

  • Unauthorized modifications, disassembly, or repairs

  • Damage from drops, impact, or improper storage

  • Use of non-approved cleaning or sterilization methods (including autoclaving)

  • Normal wear and tear

In-Warranty Repairs (within 1 year):
Repaired components are covered for 90 days or the remainder of the original warranty, whichever is longer.
Unrepaired components remain under the original warranty term.

Out-of-Warranty Repairs:
Repair services may be available for a fee.
All out-of-warranty repairs are covered by a 90-day service guarantee from the date of repair.

Limits of Liability

PRIME Tattoo Supply’s responsibility is limited solely to repair or replacement of the product as outlined above.

PRIME is not liable for:

  • Lost profits or revenue

  • Loss of use

  • Damage to other equipment

  • Any incidental or consequential damages

Liability will not exceed the original purchase price of the product.

By purchasing and using a PRIME product, you agree to the terms outlined in this warranty.
